A short summary and the background of this company that how it was planned to establish a company in the field of medical and instrument supplies. I myself and my partner have good professional knowledge of medical and healthcare products in the field of medical devices. I have been engaged with this industry more than 10 years as communicating foreign buyers regarding all aspects like dealing with customers on exhibitions (Arab Health Show in Dubai Trade Center), sampling and marketing of products, exchange of emails about product sampling, price negotiations, and reception of orders through our sales team. A good understanding of supply chain management process including logistics control like shipment planning, production lead time, transit lead time in all shipments (Courier, Air Freight, Sea Freight), customs and port handling affairs and finally into the warehouse facility; whereas my partner is well-versed with expert working knowledge in manufacturing process of goods from issuance of raw material to production line, assembly line and quality inspection control. He has been engaged more than 20 years on supervisory level. These aspects have given us an appeal to initiate our own business in this domain. We have initially started with good range of healthcare products like Laryngoscopes, ophthalmology instruments including ENT diagnostics sets.
